Bought a lot of appliances here. Don't judge a book by its cover like so they say. The place is located in Leisure Park Kallang. Looks run down from the outside due to its age (opened in 1982, rebuilt in 2007) but don't be fooled by it, as there are hidden gems in it like Mega Discount Store. All the staff that served us are knowledgeable and their recommendations are worth it. A few names that I can remember are Jeremy, William & Wendy (sorry if I can't remember all of ur names) They work like a family, you have to see it for yourself. Put a deposit for the things that I needed. Arranged the delivery date and time with ease by WhatsApp. Best of all, you pay for the items that you want to be delivered first like me because we're in the midst of Full Reno for our Resale flat. Also I was told by one of the staff that served me that if I were to cancel any of the items or downgrade whatsoever, I may do so and there isn't any penalty for it. How flexible is that. I believe that you can't do that with C****s, B**t D****i, H****y N****n and etc. Overall, I'm satisfied with Mega Discount Store and would recommend all to check it out.

Brought over $7k worth of appliances from Mega. My recommendation is do your research and just go there to buy what you need. I found their price to be competitive amongst all the brick and mortar retailers. They offer price-matching right up to the delivery date, which I took advantage of when two items came on sale elsewhere after I placed my deposit. I did a split delivery at no extra charge. The only thing to be mindful of is they don't accept AMEX in-store.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mega Discount Store and is truly impressed by their services. They are incredibly competitive in term of pricing. As someone who is always on the lookout for the best deals on electronics, I was thrilled to find that Mega consistently offers some of the most affordable prices in town. Their staff is knowledgable, and patiently answered all my question , and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Mega is truly a hidden gem for electronics shoppers.

Bad service from the moment we step into the store. The salesman thomas is not helpful in providing description or facts about the items we are looking for. It would have been helpful for new home owners like us. We had to keep asking questions to be clear about things. Even then we booked 2 heater n a stove n hob in total as the price was good. Then the delivery got messed up. Salesman promised on a sat 5pm to 8pm. End up they didnt come. We called at 7pm . sales man said they dont have control over driver so need to wait. Or we go walk around n come back . then it was 8pm . Sales man ask to call the main store . main store person asking to call the salesman again saying no delivery fixed while we waited like idiots. Still got cheeks to remark not our fault salesman fault. As if he doesnt work there. Very very bad service !!!!!

We are new house owner which was shopping for all the major appliances and we found Mega Discounter store. They offer a wide range of models and we got what we wanted. We are especially delight to receive good help and recommendation from Ah Seng for our LG appliances that we bought. He helped us on all our inquiries even down to the remption of free gifts. We are thankful for the more than good service and experience. Recommended store and will return for more purchases in the future.
